Are your designer items authentic?
We source carefully and authenticate items through preferred vendors, experience and diligence. Most items are verified in-house; some are sourced or authenticated through trusted third-party sites. Third-party verification may be available for an additional fee—please contact us before purchasing.
How do you describe item condition?
Every item is sold as is. Please review all photos, item details, measurements and condition notes before purchasing, as much of our inventory is pre-owned or one of a kind.
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition with the original tag attached. Shipping is nonrefundable, and the buyer pays return shipping. Final sale, consignment, custom or personalized, and gift card items are not eligible.
What if an item arrives damaged or a flaw was not disclosed?
Please inspect your order promptly and contact us immediately with details and photos so we can evaluate it. For help with returns, refunds or authenticity, email tayloredfindsin@gmail.com.
What happens if an item is proven inauthentic?
Please send documented proof. After verification and return in original condition, we issue a full refund to the original payment method for the item price plus tax. Return shipping is covered when authenticity is in question.
Can I make an offer on an item?
