Taylored Finds Authenticity Guarantee

Taylored Finds Indiana sells only authentic merchandise. We do not knowingly buy, consign, list, advertise, or sell counterfeit, replica, imitation, “mirror,” or otherwise non-genuine goods.

Our Review Process

Every item is reviewed before it is offered for sale. Depending on the item, our review may include brand markings, labels, materials, stitching, construction, hardware, serial or date codes, provenance, and supporting documentation. Items that do not meet our authenticity standards are rejected and are not listed for sale.

Pre-Owned Merchandise and Trademarks

Many items sold by Taylored Finds are pre-owned. Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify the genuine products being resold. Taylored Finds Indiana is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands shown on our website unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Consigned Items

Consignors must represent that every submitted item is authentic and that they have the right to sell it. We may refuse, remove, or return any item when authenticity cannot be established. We may also end a consignor relationship if false or misleading information is provided.

Questions or Authenticity Concerns

If you have a question about an item or believe an item purchased from Taylored Finds may not be authentic, contact us promptly at tayloredfindsin@gmail.com or 317-399-4723. Include your order number, the product name, and clear photographs of the item and any identifying marks. We will investigate the concern and respond with the next steps. Authenticity concerns are handled under our authenticity guarantee, our published refund policy, and applicable law.
