Refund policy
At Taylored Finds Indiana, we take pride in sourcing quality products and guarantee authenticity through our preferred vendors, experience, and diligence in authenticating items. While most pieces are verified in-house, we occasionally source and authenticate from trusted third-party sites.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for store credit.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same condition it was received.
The original tag must remain attached to the item in order for the return to be accepted.
Once the return is processed and inspected, store credit will be issued for the item price and applicable tax only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale, and consignment items. Item will indicate in the description if it is not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided a discount code/gift card for the same amount of the original item purchase price plus tax within 10 business days.

Authenticity Guarantee
If you believe an item is not authentic, documented proof must be submitted. Once verified and the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund to your original payment card will be issued (including item and tax). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless authenticity is in question.
If requested, we are happy to provide third-party authenticity verification for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchasing to arrange this service.

All items are sold AS IS. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but no written or verbal statements are to be considered warranties of condition, functionality, or performance.
By purchasing, the buyer assumes all responsibility and agrees to hold Taylored Finds Indiana harmless from future claims related to the item.
