The Taylored Experience gives you a relaxed and private way to shop Taylored Finds. Before your appointment, you will share your sizes, budget, preferences, wishlist items, and anything you would like us to bring or avoid. We will use that information to create a thoughtful selection from our designer, vintage, and contemporary inventory.

How It Works

Reserve and share your preferences

Choose an available appointment and secure it with a $100 deposit. After reserving, complete a short questionnaire covering your sizes, budget, preferences, wishlist items, and anything you would like us to skip.

Your edit is hand-selected

The Taylored Finds team chooses 15 to 25 pieces from our designer, vintage, and contemporary inventory. Customers may request items they have seen on our website, Instagram, or Facebook.

Shop comfortably at home

Two Taylored Finds team members bring the curated selection to your home for a relaxed, 90-minute private shopping appointment. Purchase only what you love. We will follow up within 48 hours with links to favorites and any applicable store-credit information.

The details

Appointments are currently available across the north side of Indianapolis, including Zionsville, Carmel, Westfield, and Whitestown. Customers just outside these areas may contact us before reserving to confirm availability.

The $100 non-refundable deposit is applied toward purchases made during the appointment. When no purchase is made, the deposit converts to Taylored Finds store credit valid for 12 months.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.

What happens during the 90-minute appointment?
Two team members arrive with your curated selection of 15 to 25 pieces. You browse and try on at your own pace at home, and take home only what you love.
How many pieces will you bring?
Between 15 and 25, hand-selected around your sizes, budget, and preferences, including any specific pieces you request in advance.
Can I request specific items?
Yes. Share links to pieces from our website, Instagram, or Facebook in your questionnaire, and we will do our best to bring them.
What happens to my $100 deposit?
It applies toward anything you purchase during the appointment. If you do not purchase, it becomes Taylored Finds store credit valid for 12 months.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will happily move your appointment. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
